Our role
CashCentralLoansUSA is an independent loan-request service, not a lender. We do not make loans, set rates or terms, or make credit decisions in any state. Loans are offered by lenders and lending partners in our network, each responsible for holding any license or registration its state requires and for providing all disclosures required by federal and state law.
CashCentralLoansUSA is not affiliated with Cash Central or its parent company.
Availability varies by state
Lenders in our network do not lend in every state, and the amount, APR, fees, term and loan type available to you depend on the laws of the state where you live. Some states cap interest rates on small consumer loans, limit loan sizes, or restrict renewals and refinancing. As a result, you may receive no offer, or an offer for a smaller amount than requested. See states we serve for more on how state law shapes offers.
Disclosures you should receive from a lender
- The annual percentage rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed and total of payments, as required by the Truth in Lending Act.
- The payment schedule, including the number, amount and due dates of payments.
- Late-fee, returned-payment and prepayment terms.
- The lender’s legal name, contact details and the law that governs the agreement.
- Any state-specific notices the lender is required to provide where you live.
Read every disclosure before you sign. If something is missing or unclear, ask the lender before accepting. Our rates and terms page explains how to read these numbers.
How to verify a lender
- Search the lender’s name on NMLS Consumer Access (nmlsconsumeraccess.org), which lists many state-licensed lenders.
- Check the website of your state’s financial regulator (often called the department of banking, financial institutions or financial regulation) for license lookups.
- Confirm that the name on the loan agreement matches the lender you checked.
Military borrowers
Active-duty servicemembers and their covered dependents are protected by the Military Lending Act, which limits the Military Annual Percentage Rate on most consumer credit to 36% and prohibits certain terms. Some lenders do not offer loans to covered borrowers.
Complaints and help
If you have a problem with a lender, contact the lender first. You can also submit a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint, to your state financial regulator, or to your state attorney general. For questions about CashCentralLoansUSA itself, email [email protected].
Representative example
A $2,000 loan repaid over 12 months at 29.99% APR would have a monthly payment of $194.96, total interest of $339.57, and a total repaid of $2,339.57. Actual APRs and terms vary by lender, state and credit profile, and some short-term loans carry higher APRs.
